He grew up in the Treasure Valley, graduated from BSU and married his high school sweetheart. After two years in New York State where Alex taught school, obtained a Master’s degree and remodeled a 90-year-old house, he and his young family returned to Southwest Idaho—a place he loves to call home.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and construction, this former teacher and school administrator is eager to share his insight into the industry and the Idaho lifestyle.

She considers herself blessed to have raised her four beautiful children here, and now enjoys life close to her grand babies. She is proud to call this community her family's home.

As the daughter of a contractor, many Saturdays were spent exploring property, developments and model homes. While growing up, Ashley's parents designed and built homes throughout much of the Central Coast of California, and she had a front row seat to every aspect of these numerous projects.  

 After years of home purchases, renovations and remodels (and a growing family), there was a desire to find a community of friendly, family and faith focused neighbors. What better place than the Boise area to settle into, and she now calls Idaho her home.

Rob Zahm was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and has been proud to call this incredible community home his entire life. He has been married to his wife and best friend for nearly 30 years, and together they have raised their three children in the Treasure Valley.

For more than 30 years, Rob has been an entrepreneur and business owner in Boise. Throughout his career, he has built strong connections within the community and gained a deep understanding of what makes the area such a special place to live. He now brings that same passion and commitment to his work in real estate.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family along the Boise Greenbelt, attending Boise State football and basketball games, hiking Idaho’s beautiful trails, exploring local coffee shops, barbecuing in the backyard, and golfing whenever he can.
